I'm a hands-on design director working with companies rethinking how value is made.

Work Experience

Principal Product Designer, Agreena
Oct 2023 – Apr 2026

Agreena is a Copenhagen-based fintech scaling regenerative agriculture across Europe. As Principal Product Designer I worked across the full product; from new feature development and acquisition flows to audience research that shaped the core value proposition.

Key workstreams included launching a new offering for food and beverage companies looking to reduce emissions, and designing Agatha, an AI farming assistant built to align business, user and environmental goals, embedding sustainability trade-offs into the system's core reasoning.

I elevated design to a strategic function at Agreena, establishing product development processes from research through to implementation that cut cycle times from months to weeks, reduced cost-to-serve and made the proposition viable for a broader market of farmers. Through this I contributed to a shift in how the business was valued: from a services to a tech multiple.

Freelance Design Lead
May 2018 – Sep 2023

Design Lead with agencies and direct clients, working on products and services at the intersection of technology, trust and social impact. Collaborators included Bulb, ustwo and R/GA. I led large-scale projects from research through to implementation across fintech, energy and digital services.

Longer term collaborations:

Projects by If
Multiple projects examining trust, accountability and transparency in technology, working with organisations including Google and Meta (TTC Labs). Work included a design framework for accountable feedback in platform services, researching with underserved communities to understand how feedback mechanisms could share power more equitably, and experience design for privacy enhancing technologies.

Farfetch
Developed user experience for Farfetch's circular services such as resale and used platform data to build the commercial case for luxury brand partners to invest in circular offerings.

Library of Things
Led design for Library of Things: a borrowing platform built around shared ownership and community access. With Library of Things I worked across the full brand and product experience, from identity and illustration to UX, helping make a radical proposition viable and trusted. The platform has since scaled to 20 sites across London.

Co-Founder, Six:Thirty
Jul 2013 – May 2018

I co-founded Six:Thirty, a design studio. Alongside client work, we developed design and research projects in collaboration with partners examining the implications of emerging technology: from social media and wellbeing, to AI and our relationship with the natural environment. Work received international press coverage and was exhibited at the V&A and London Design Festival, with talks and workshops across Europe and the US.
